• You must be signed up as a member through the Referral portal
• Anyone you refer must fill out the form using your personal link which can be found in your member dashboard
• The person you refer must be a new customer and cannot already have an account at https://store.veritaspress.com to be eligible
• For both you and the referred to qualify for the rewards, the referred must complete a consultation within 90 days of filling out the form
